Step 3 – Fund the Crypto My Biz Smart Contract

System requirements

Desktop –Google Chrome Browser and a MetaMask wallet.

CryptoMyBiz.io is the web3 platform that creates CMB Smart Contracts.

After the Business Owner, party providing the product(s) or service(s) completes a Smart Contract, an email is sent to the client requesting the client review and fund the Smart Contract.

When the client gets the email requesting the funding of the Smart Contract, the client will be directed to the CryptoMyBiz.io web3 website. On this website, the client can download the MetaMask wallet and set it up for the AVAX network.

Funding the Smart Contract

Funding the Smart Contract is as easy as clicking the “Fund the Smart Contract” Button. Keep in mind you need to have enough USD coins in your MetaMask wallet to pay for the deliverables as outlined in the Smart Contract. You will also need several dollars of Avalanche coins (AVAX) to cover the gas fees associated with using the blockchain network.

How to fund your MetaMask wallet 

Funding your MetaMask wallet can be done directly through the MetaMask App. Funding options include:

• Send money from your bank to your MetaMask wallet.
• Use a credit card to make a deposit in your MetaMask wallet.
• Send money from another wallet to fund your MetaMask wallet.
• Send funds from a crypto exchange to your MetaMask wallet.

With USD coins and AVAX coins in your wallet, simply click the “Fund Smart Contract” Button. With your approval, the system will withdraw the appropriate amount of USD coins from your wallet to cover all payments due the business owner in exchange for products or services. The money puled will be placed in an escrow account and used to pay the business owner after they have successfully completed each stage of the contract deliverables.

Each time the business owner provides products or services as outlined in the Smart Contract, the Smart Contract will contact the Client via email and request the Client approve payment for products or services.
